HEY THERE!! It's February 1st. Can you believe it? A month gone by
already. So, let me ask you, how are your New Year's Resolutions going?
You know the ones that you will exercise and eat better and quit
drinking soda. Yeah, those resolutions. Are you finding it difficult to
find the time to exercise? Don't know what exactly to eat? Well, I've
got great news for you!! I am hosting a private Online Challenge Group
starting February 13. Do you really want to wait and keep making excuses
